Trump Unveils High-Profile U.S. Delegation for Milan-Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics

On January 17, President Trump announced that Vice President Jay Dee Vance and his wife Usha Vance will be part of the American delegation to the opening ceremony of the 2026 Winter Olympics in Italy. The delegation also included U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio, U.S. Ambassador to Italy Tilman Fertitta, Olympic medalist Monique Lamoureux-Morando, short track champion Apolo Ohno, and figure skater Evan Lysacek.

The 2026 Winter Olympic Games will be held from February 6 to 22 in the Italian cities of Milan and Cortina d’Ampezzo.
