On the same day, Dmitriev announced his arrival in Miami. Subsequent reports indicated that he attended a meeting with members of the U.S. delegation at 8:00 local time (4:00 p.m. Moscow time).
U.S. President’s Special Envoy Steve Witkoff characterized the talks as productive on January 31 and expressed optimism about the engagement, emphasizing that Russia is actively working to ensure peace in Ukraine.
