Russia has added a Russian national to its international wanted list following his detention on November 6, 2025, in Phuket, Thailand, at the request of the United States. The listing was reported on January 7 through official documents.
According to the Russian police department responsible for combating cybercrimes, the individual is a 35-year-old hacker who had previously been accused of infiltrating security systems of government agencies in Europe and the United States.
