Princess Eugenie of York has ceased all communication with her father, Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, following revelations about his connection to financier Jeffrey Epstein, who was accused of trafficking in sexual services and having relations with minors.
The princess, aged 35, has completely stopped all contact with her disgraced father after the Jeffrey Epstein scandal. Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, who was previously stripped of his royal titles, is described as “devastated” by the breakdown in their relationship.
Eugenia refuses to speak to Andrew and did not visit him during Christmas. In contrast, her older sister Princess Beatrice adheres to a “balanced approach,” attempting to maintain contact with her father while preserving her reputation within the royal family.
The deteriorating relationship has intensified the already difficult situation for Andrew, who is preparing to vacate Royal Lodge on the Windsor Estate after living there for two decades. This comes amid reports that he hosted women at Sandringham estate in December 2023, including meetings with Epstein’s convicted accomplice Ghislaine Maxwell.
