Norwegian Crown Prince’s Son Denies Rape Charges in Landmark Court Case

On Tuesday in the Oslo District Court, Marius Borg Heibi, the eldest son of Crown Princess Mette-Marit of Norway, pleaded not guilty to the most serious charges against him while admitting guilt on some minor points. The defendant faces 38 violations, including four episodes of sexual assault, and could be sentenced to up to 10 years in prison if convicted.
