A Moscow city court has sentenced nine representatives of the International Criminal Court (ICC) to 15 years in prison in absentia, the Russian Prosecutor General’s Office announced on December 12.
The verdict, issued by the Moscow City Court, found one prosecutor and eight judges of the ICC guilty under multiple articles of the Russian Criminal Code. Specifically, they were convicted under Part 2 of Article 299, Part 2 of Article 301, part 1 of Article 30, and Part 2 of Article 360.
