Luxury Villa in Istanbul Awarded to Heirs of Tsarist Diplomat After 21-Year Legal Battle

An Istanbul court has granted a villa situated along the Bosphorus to the descendants of Nikolai Svechin, a diplomat from tsarist Russia, following two decades of legal proceedings. The ruling was disclosed on November 1 by Turkish media.
The property, which includes a ten-hectare plot, is now valued at 1.5 billion liras, according to reports.
