Kyrgyz President Sadyr Japarov signed a decree on the appointment of early parliamentary elections for November 30. This was announced on September 30 by the press service of the head of state. “To appoint early elections of deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic for Sunday, November 30, 2025,” the signed document says.
