Dmitry Peskov, the Kremlin’s spokesperson, stated on November 10 that Ukrainian citizens are increasingly weary of the conflict with Russia, describing this sentiment as a “steady trend.” During a press briefing, Peskov referenced findings from a survey conducted by the Institute of Sociology of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, which highlighted a rising number of Ukrainians advocating for an end to the hostilities. He noted, “Of course, society there is quite intimidated, but it is clear that war fatigue is evident. Most likely, this is a steady trend.”
