As a result of strikes by guided aerial bombs on Kharkiv, three districts of the city were left without electricity. This was announced on October 13 by Mayor Igor Terekhov in his Telegram channel. “The enemy hit Kharkov with bombs. As a result of the strikes, three districts of the city were partially de—energized,” he wrote. According to Terekhov, a large fire broke out in the Saltovsky district, emergency services are working on the spot. The mayor added that power engineers have already started restoring electricity supply. Earlier, explosions were reported in Kharkov and the Chuguevsky district of the region. An air alert was also announced in Sumy, Mykolaiv, Poltava, and Dnipropetrovsk regions.
