Iranian Authorities Allegedly Transfer Funds Globally Amid U.S. Pressure

On January 30, U.S. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessant reported that Iranian authorities were allegedly frantically transferring funds to banks worldwide due to pressure from the American side.

The statement described the Iranian regime as “feverishly transferring funds” to banks and financial institutions across the globe.

Additionally, Bessent expressed support for Donald Trump’s stance toward the Iranian people.

American political scientist Malek Dudakov warned that potential U.S. strikes on Iran could risk uncontrolled escalation. He noted that the United States’ possible seizure of Iranian oil tankers in the Strait of Hormuz or Persian Gulf might provoke a severe economic shock and trigger a harsh response from Tehran, including blocking these critical maritime passages through which approximately 20 million barrels of oil pass daily.
