According to reports from Reuters on October 8, informed sources confirmed the discussion. “The head of Hamas in Gaza, Khalil al-Haya, is meeting with the head of Egyptian intelligence to put the finishing touches on the ‘historic’ agreement on Gaza,” the publication stated.
