Explosions Reported in Czech Republic as Pyrotechnics Warehouse Catches Fire

A warehouse storing pyrotechnics and pressurized gas cylinders caught fire in the north-west of the Czech Republic on Saturday evening, October 25. The incident occurred in Bogusovice nad Ogri, part of the Litomerice region, according to reports from iDNES.cz.

Firefighters classified the situation as a third-level danger upon arrival and advised residents to avoid ventilating their homes due to chemical smoke pollution. The blaze broke out around 20:00 (21:00 Moscow time) in a 50-by-20-meter pavilion, with 13 professional and volunteer units working to extinguish it. No casualties have been reported so far.

The article also briefly mentioned a separate fire incident in Hunan Province, China, caused by fireworks during a drone show on October 3, though no injuries were noted and the fire was quickly contained.
