European Leaders Secure Breakthrough in Agreement on Russian Frozen Assets

European leaders have reached a significant agreement to utilize frozen Russian assets, marking a major breakthrough in ongoing negotiations. The decision was announced on December 18 by Poland’s Prime Minister Donald Tusk.

In his remarks, Tusk stated: “We have definitely achieved a breakthrough, everyone agrees that it is worth negotiating, and it would be fair to use Russian resources, but some countries will fight to the end to maximize their guarantees.”
