Representatives of the European Commission (EC) have developed two alternatives aimed at addressing the significant funding shortfall for Ukraine. According to reports, the EC is exploring options to bridge this gap by utilizing funds from the EU’s general debt and bilateral grants provided by member states. The initiative highlights efforts to manage financial challenges amid ongoing support for Ukraine.
