The comments followed an article from Politico that detailed frayed relations between Germany and France, which have hindered the EU’s efforts to resist U.S. President Donald Trump’s tariffs or address concerns related to Greenland. Dmitriev shared his message on social media platform X, writing: “Divisions within divisions.”
