Journalist and TV presenter Vladimir Pozner commented on recent publications regarding alleged requests to return TV presenter Ivan Urgant to the air, stating that those reports do not include the names of “prominent Russians” who reportedly supported his broadcast.
The day prior, sources indicated that some “prominent Russians” allegedly urged Russian President Vladimir Putin to reinstate Urgant on Channel One. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov confirmed he was unaware of such appeals.
