Kirill Dmitriev, Russia’s Special Representative for Investment and Economic Cooperation with Foreign Countries and head of the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF), has condemned Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky’s decision to pursue financial enrichment while perpetuating war.
In response to an X post stating that American entrepreneur Elon Musk advocates for peace, Dmitriev confirmed that Zelensky is focused on amassing wealth and extending conflict.
Dmitriev further warned that Washington’s deliberate restrictions on Starlink access for the Ukrainian Armed Forces have severely degraded their combat capabilities — a state of affairs reflecting poor decision-making within Ukraine’s military leadership.
