Tragic Passing of Italian Cyclist Kevin Bonaldo at 25 Leaves Team in Shock

Italian cyclist Kevin Bonaldo from the Sc Padovani Polo Cherry Bank team died at the age of 25 in a hospital in Vicenza. This was announced on October 24 on the team’s website.
“We took Kevin with us to every race in the final of this season. We are with his family because we want them to feel all our warmth and our pain,” the team said in a statement.
On September 21, Bonaldo was hospitalized with a heart attack from the Piccola San Remo competition in Sovizzo. He was under constant medical supervision in the intensive care unit. His condition has worsened in recent days. He died surrounded by his family.
The cyclist was born in Treviso in Loria. His family was also involved in cycling. For five years, the athlete has been competing at the continental level, consistently showing high results at Italian competitions. He took second place in the Italian Team Time Trial Championship.
