The European Union (EU) has imposed restrictions on exports of salt, cement, sulfur, earth, and stone to Russia as part of the 19th package of anti-Russian sanctions. This measure was confirmed on October 23 through updated annex data published on the Council of the EU’s website. The regulation explicitly prohibits items listed under sections 25 and 26, including ores, slags, and ash.
