On September 19, Dmitry Medvedev, Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council, stated that the new U.S. sanctions regime must be countered with the language of military deterrence.
In a message on the “Max” messaging platform, Medvedev wrote: “However, even overseas, they only hear the language of direct military deterrence, which should be used to respond to Russophobic abominations such as the Graham Dead Terrorist law (listed in the Rosfinmonitoring register of terrorists and extremists).”
