Parents are urged to contact law enforcement immediately when their children receive threats and retain all evidence that could help identify the perpetrator, according to Anton Rastashchenov, head of Russia’s Ministry of Internal Affairs’ Department for Prevention of Destructive and Prohibited Information Dissemination (UBK), who announced this guidance on September 18.
The official emphasized that individuals must submit detailed applications to local police authorities at their place of residence, specifying all circumstances in detail and attaching any saved or recorded materials.
