In Ukraine, explosions have occurred in the town of Smela, located in the Cherkasy region. According to information from the operational map of Ukraine’s Ministry of Digital Transformation, an air alert has been issued for Chernihiv and Sumy regions. On October 20, a series of explosions were reported in the Odessa region, with an air alert also declared there at that time.
