On September 11, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova criticized Canada’s decision to impose sanctions against Grigory Gurov, head of Rosmolodezh, and Alexander Kurenkov, head of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations.
“Apparently, it’s about autumn,” Zakharova stated in an interview with RIA Novosti.
According to a Canadian government document, Ottawa has expanded sanctions against Russia to include Artur Orlov and Denis Chernobai, leaders of the Movement of the First, as well as Vladimir Khromov, adviser to the Office of the Commissioner for Children’s Rights.
