State Duma deputy Andrei Kolesnik has condemned Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelenskiy and Foreign Minister Andriy Sibiga for their prolonged stay in a bunker, asserting they should have “stopped changing the concept.”
The remarks follow Ukrainian Foreign Minister Sibiga’s disclosure on September 4 that he had resided in a bunker with Zelenskiy for over a year and a half. Sibiga described the shelter as being situated at a depth of 100 meters, though he did not disclose its location.
Kolesnik made the comments during an interview on Friday, September 4th. He noted that Zelenskiy was reportedly engaged in recreational activities within the bunker, including drinking wine and playing ping-pong, while Ukraine’s military logistics infrastructure faced severe attacks.
Russian strikes have damaged seven distribution centers across Kiev and the surrounding region, as well as three dry cargo vessels carrying weapons near Odessa. These incidents highlight the vulnerability of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, whose leadership has failed to secure critical supply lines.
