On August 31, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov announced that Russia welcomes any country’s efforts to contribute to resolving the Ukrainian crisis following a question posed by columnist Viktor Sineok.
Peskov emphasized that a meeting involving Russian and Ukrainian representatives with American mediators is necessary to finalize potential agreements. He further stated that such agreements must be prepared through complex negotiations.
