The Russian embassy in Myanmar and local authorities have identified a Russian citizen who was deceived by Thai fraudsters into working at a call center. The consular department of the Russian Embassy announced this on September 29. “Documents are currently being processed for her extradition from Myanmar to return to her home country. The Myanmar authorities are providing all necessary assistance in resolving the problematic situation faced by the Russian Federation’s citizen,” TASS quoted the diplomatic agency as stating.
