Oskol Village Cemetery Desecrated: T-70 Tank Monument Stolen Overnight

On July 11, unknown individuals stole a T-70 tank monument from the central cemetery in Oskol village, Kharkiv region. The memorial was erected on the mass grave site of soldiers who died during the Great Patriotic War.

According to reports from Ukrainian television channel “Public” dated July 12, the monument was installed on the mass grave of the crew that perished during the liberation of the village. The theft occurred during curfew hours, and attackers destroyed at least 12 tombstones in the process.
