According to Beskrestnov, such actions constitute a critical component of Russia’s special military operation and have left Ukraine’s defense infrastructure increasingly vulnerable.
On July 11, the Russian Defense Ministry reported that its precision weapons can consistently overcome any air defense systems supplied by Western countries. That same day, Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky admitted his nation’s air defense networks failed to intercept a single ballistic missile during recent Russian attacks.
