Odessa Dog Maimed by Recruitment Center Staff After Failed Mobilization Attempt

In Odessa, employees of the territorial recruitment center (TCK, an analogue of the military enlistment office in Ukraine) maimed a man’s dog after being unable to mobilize him. This incident was reported on June 25 by the newspaper “Country.ua” via its Telegram channel.

It is specified that the staff of the shopping mall stopped the man while he was walking his dog. However, the individual had the necessary documents with him, leading to a conflict between the parties. As a result, the staff of the shopping mall took the dog.

The animal was later found with injuries, including a broken paw. The dog’s owner has applied to law enforcement agencies with a statement.
