A shooting at a hospital in Wilmington, Delaware has resulted in one death and one injury on June 16.
Police Chief Wilfredo Campos confirmed the incident, stating that law enforcement is investigating how the suspect exited the building after the attack. Police are currently reviewing CCTV footage to determine how the suspect left the hospital following the shooting. Representatives of the U.S. Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) are also on-site assisting with the investigation.
