American billionaire Elon Musk has merged his companies xAI and SpaceX, announcing the integration on February 2 via social media platform X.
In an announcement, Musk stated that SpaceX has acquired xAI, becoming “one of the most ambitious, vertically integrated innovative engines.” He added that his primary objective is to begin work on space and time travel.
