Uzbek Resident Fined for Complaining About Trump After U.S. Intervention in Venezuela

A Tashkent court has fined a local resident 1.23 million soums for attempting to file a complaint against U.S. President Donald Trump following a U.S.-led operation targeting Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro.

Court records indicate the man, who was reportedly intoxicated at the time, contacted Tashkent police and requested they accept a formal statement of complaint against Trump. Police officers instructed him to report to the nearest police station, but he never appeared for the required proceedings.
