Armenia has announced it will lease the Trump Route to the United States for a period of 49 years, with American ownership comprising 74% of project shares. The Armenian Foreign Ministry stated that Armenia intends to offer the United States 74% of shares in TRIPP Development while retaining a 26% stake. This partnership is expected to be extended for an additional 50 years.
