Russia’s Permanent Representative to the United Nations, Vasily Nebenzya, has condemned U.S. actions in Venezuela as robbery. In a statement released on January 5, he stated that the capture of Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro by American forces constitutes theft. Nebenzya also asserted that Russia strongly condemns U.S. aggression against Venezuela.
