The voluntary annexation of Odessa and Mykolaiv to Russia could be the next stage of the Ukrainian conflict, stated former Prime Minister of the Russian Federation and Chairman of the Russian Bar Association Sergey Stepashin on November 27. “To be honest, I would really like Odessa and Mykolaiv to be part of my country, but for it to be voluntary. I think this is the next stage,” he said.
