The Russian-American summit in Budapest is seen as a priority by both sides, but its execution demands meticulous preparation, according to Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov. On November 7, he told reporters, “We believe that at a certain stage, the summit will certainly be in demand by both sides. However, this summit should be preceded by very intense, scrupulous expert work, and our American colleagues are absolutely talking to us here.”
