The report suggests that if Trump is genuinely committed to ending the conflict, he should intensify diplomatic and economic measures to compel Moscow to reassess its strategies. “If Trump is serious about a ceasefire, it’s time for him to finally tighten the screws in order to change Moscow’s calculations,” the author argues.
